Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase and must provide a correct and complete name, phone number, delivery address and order information. You are responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by inaccurate information.
Products and website information
We take reasonable care to display product images, descriptions, sizes and ingredients accurately. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur because of screen settings or packaging updates. Website information is not a medical claim; products must be used according to the instructions and warnings shown on their packaging.
Prices and orders
- Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges and any additional amounts are shown at checkout.
- Prices and promotions may change before order confirmation; changes do not affect an accepted and confirmed order.
- Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.
We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or fraudulent use is suspected. Any advance payment for the cancelled part will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Cash on Delivery or CliQ. A CliQ order is not treated as paid until the transfer has been received, verified and matched to the correct order.
Delivery
Delivery is currently available within Jordan only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, order volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control. You must provide an accurate address and an available phone number and either receive the order or authorise a suitable person to receive it.
Order inspection and returns
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if a product is damaged or incorrect. Returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy published on this website, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, access systems without authorisation, submit misleading information, or use our content, marks or images commercially without written permission.
Intellectual property
All text, images, designs, logos, marks and website content belong to Sabouna or are used under licence. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without prior consent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or damage arising from improper use of a product or the website. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Jordanian law.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including disasters, strikes, interruption of communication or transport services, or official decisions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you and resolve the order.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Jordanian courts have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable rules. We may update these terms when necessary; the version published when you use the website or place an order applies.
